Sarah Coles has a Diploma of Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies. She works as a chef at The Tofu Shop. Her passions are martial arts, food and writing. She is currently undertaking a Diploma of Botanic Medicine.

Her shiatsu treatments incorporate massage, cupping, moxibustion and dietary therapeutics. Her goal as a practitioner is to ground and inspire.
