“The Wounded Self, and the Healer Within"

A one and a half day workshop that will explore • The structure of our Energetic or Auric body. • How our energetic body is constantly interacting with others. • How our beliefs are held in our Energetic and Physical bodies • How to transform beliefs that no longer serve us • How our beliefs and patterns hold us back from being all we can be. We will explore, in an experiential way, the anatomy of our Energetic Field and how it directly affects our everyday life and relationships. Our energy field is a dynamic aspect of ourselves, that in many ways defines how we are. We will also explore, in a safe environment, how we can be held back in our lives by beliefs and patterns of behaviour that we carry. We will look at how we can bring about positive change, by understanding how these beliefs and behavioural patterns can be transformed. The workshop will be held on the 27TH AND 28TH OF FEBRUARY, at The Carlton North Natural Health Centre. Saturday from 2 pm until 6pm. Sunday will be from 9.30am until 5pm, with a lunch break.
